VISA Innovation Week 2024
At Innovation Week 2024, XLAB unveiled an immersive F1 simulator for Visa, featuring a completely new game developed exclusively for the event. Visitors raced through a stylized “Visa world” and answered knowledge questions at each pit stop – turning pure fun into subtle yet highly effective brand education. Unsure of an answer? An AI avatar stepped in to help, adding another layer of interactive technology. The entire experience seamlessly combined gaming, learning, and contemporary brand presentation in one cohesive package.
VISA Innovation Week 2024
At Innovation Week 2024, XLAB unveiled an immersive F1 simulator for Visa, featuring a completely new game developed exclusively for the event. Direct Conference
In cooperation with JAD Productions, we conducted the first B2B2C online e-conference of Direct Insurance in May 2020. The whole experience took place in a chalet in the middle of the Austrian Alps in a natural green setting. The program included product launch & product experience presentation, real time satisfaction survey and 5 years report all structured not only to be engaging for the employees and brokers, but also for fans from the public, who follow client’s social networks. We kept attention of all participants and achieved high engagement through well structured storyline and sophisticated gamification. Everyone had a chance to interact with the virtual studio and 3 founders, who took a role of moderators.
Event won BEA Aworld, 1st place in the Digital Transformation category.

FutureLab - Česká Spořitelna
XLAB contributed to Česká spořitelna’s FutureLab project – a concept for the bank branch of the future. The space demonstrates how financial services could work in the 21st century, focusing on immersive experience, intuitive interaction, and the fusion of functionality with striking digital aesthetics.
Using the Ventuz platform, XLAB developed original interactive content for a custom display surface that informs, educates, and entertains. This surface became the central visual element of the entire branch, defining its character and shaping how visitors perceive the banking environment of tomorrow.

XLAB contributed to Česká spořitelna’s FutureLab project – a concept for the bank branch of the future. 2020 Coca Cola Conference CZ and SK
We've created a visual design for the corporate B2B Coca Cola HoReCa conference, including an intro show. We designed the motion graphics and special effects with an emphasis on the client's significant brand identity. We implemented the event in collaboration with Cirque Production who secured the concept of the event and the technical supervision.

For Česká spořitelna, XLAB teamed up with New Wave agency to create a gala evening at the Rudolfinum celebrating the bank’s 200th anniversary. Designed for business partners, the event combined dignified tradition with bold contemporary visuals.

It featured an immersive installation where visitors, tracked by motion sensors, became part of Visa’s dynamic digital world. On-site there was also a stylish business lounge designed for partner meetings and expert discussions. The concept was completed by an AI application that generated visual portraits of participants and turned them into a living gallery. The entire project seamlessly combined innovation, atmosphere, and a contemporary way of presenting the brand.

Microsoft's Global Conference brought together US, European and Asian teams. By using holographic transmission, participants from different continents could find themselves side by side. Event was broadcast to 15 countries around the world in 10 different time zones from the US to India. There were 2 conference options for 2 areas - Pacific/ Middle East and Europe/ America. The sessions then ran nonstop. Some sessions were duplicated, allowing participants to participate comfortably due to their time zone. All conference attendees received a digital "goodie bag." The conference included all sorts of gamification in the client's branding.
Event was done together with Happenee and Extroverts.
Event was awarded 3rd place in the ČEA awards 2021 in the B2E section.

Porsche Taycan Launch
In cooperation with Renegadz and theatre company Cirk LaPutyka, we have prepared a full-time programme to mark the launch of the first Porsche-branded Taycan electric car on the CEE market. The event was themed in the non-traditional EGU-HV high-voltage laboratory in Běchovice. During the event we combined interior & exterior mapping, supported multimedia content and video mapping acrobatic performance and prepared conceptual light design.
The event won the Czech eventing association award in 2020, namely 3rd place in the B2B category.
