Direct Conference

In cooperation with JAD Productions, we conducted the first B2B2C online e-conference of Direct Insurance in May 2020. The whole experience took place in a chalet in the middle of the Austrian Alps in a natural green setting. The program included product launch & product experience presentation, real time satisfaction survey and 5 years report all structured not only to be engaging for the employees and brokers, but also for fans from the public, who follow client’s social networks. We kept attention of all participants and achieved high engagement through well structured storyline and sophisticated gamification. Everyone had a chance to interact with the virtual studio and 3 founders, who took a role of moderators.

Event won BEA Aworld, 1st place in the Digital Transformation category.

2020 Coca Cola Conference CZ and SK

We've created a visual design for the corporate B2B Coca Cola HoReCa conference, including an intro show. We designed the motion graphics and special effects with an emphasis on the client's significant brand identity. We implemented the event in collaboration with Cirque Production who secured the concept of the event and the technical super vision.

Microsoft Growth Week Conference

Microsoft's Global Conference brought together US, European and Asian teams. By using holographic transmission, participants from different continents could find themselves side by side. Event was broadcast to 15 countries around the world in 10 different time zones from the US to India. There were 2 conference options for 2 areas - Pacific/ Middle East and Europe/ America. The sessions then ran nonstop. Some sessions were duplicated, allowing participants to participate comfortably due to their time zone. All conference attendees received a digital "goodie bag." The conference included all sorts of gamification in the client's branding.

Event was done together with Happenee and Extroverts.


Event was awarded 3rd place in the ČEA awards 2021 in the B2E section.

Porsche Taycan Launch

In cooperation with Renegadz and theatre company Cirk LaPutyka, we have prepared a full-time programme to mark the launch of the first Porsche-branded Taycan electric car on the CEE market. The event was themed in the non-traditional EGU-HV high-voltage laboratory in Běchovice. During the event we combined interior & exterior mapping, supported multimedia content and video mapping acrobatic performance and prepared conceptual light design.

The event won the Czech eventing association award in 2020, namely 3rd place in the B2B category.


Porsche Taycan Launch

Interactive BB Centroom

Interactive showroom BB Centroom was created by merging 3D model of developers project from Passerinvest Group in Prague and visual projection. Content picked by visitor is visible on the wall of showroom and supplemented by light interpretation on the project model.

The project became the winner of the Real Estate category in the Fénix Content Marketing Awards, and the jury also awarded it third place in the Best Business Content Distribution category.

In 2020, we implemented a trio of virtual workshops for IBM. We focused primarily on interactivity, which helped to maintain maximum audience attention. A key part was also the changing 3D studio environment for different parts of the program and the use of IBM's internal ON24 platform, which served as a conference live Q&A channel. In the virtual studio, we have prepared high-tech facilities for online and offline speakers. The 30 speakers included experts and innovators from IBM and other major companies. Event was done together with Event Arena.

Lego REEMEA conference

In 2020, we participated in a three-day internal Lego conference for the REEMEA region.It was one of the first events to cross over into the online world. Due to the pandemic, the brand had to react quickly and from the originally planned F2F meeting, go fully online and involve 200 participants from 13 countries.

Our Ventuz designers prepared a complex 3D virtual studio environment that could be integrated into the Microsoft Teams platform. The result was an interactive and professionally customized TV-quality stream, supported by the necessary backups for 100% stability and transmission security. To keep the audience's attention, we have prepared dynamic graphics, animations and even included a live DJ. Event was done together with Event Arena.


Awarded BEA World 2020, 3rd in the B2I digital/hybrid event category.
