A Hybrid Annual Sales Conference NN Czech Republic

In May 2021, we held a hybrid conference with a high quality stream for 500 people on the NN team at 15 different locations across the Czech Republic. Event was designed for presentation of content by management, including awards ceremony. We have created engaging content with advanced 3D graphics solutions for live broadcasting, including changes to the studio environment for each event theme. Under the hybrid model, we combined pre-recorded and live sessions.

We carried out the event in cooperation with the Happenee team.

Engage Prague 2015 by Social Bakers

A prestigious global conference on social media. Winner of the European Best Event Award in the Conference category.


In cooperation with JAD Production, we realized the prestigious global conference Engage Prague 2015 focused on innovation and trends in marketing and social media. With Ventuz's involvement, we screened content visualization for each speaker, motion graphics, and sophisticated video mapping. We streamed the entire event live on the YouTube client, supplementing the transmission with the necessary graphics.

GENYOUth 2017 Gala: A Celebration of the Creative

Gala dinner for the GenYouth organization boasted a lot of interesting names but we were of course most honored by the presence of the 42nd President of the United States of America who was scheduled to appear in front of our wall as a keynote speaker. Full of expectations, we created amazing large format backdrops for a wall spanning 120 feet inside a Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum in Manhattan. Breaks in the program gave space for logos of important partners and moving images to best compliment the youthful feel of the entire event. Our gala dinner projection mapping provided aesthetically pleasing backdrops, while allowing guests to also learn about the program and different speakers throughout the evening. Tasteful and flexible use of graphical components can really liven up, even the most formal events, while providing useful information to all attendees.

The 53rd session of EUROSAI ( European Organisation of Supreme Audit Institutions ) was solved by a virtual conference due to ongoing Covid - 19 pandemics. Meetings with all board members were streamed to 67 countries in 5 languages. In the XLAB premises, we have secured simultaneous translation for all needed languages.

Mercury Filmworks re-branding event featuring immersive 3D environment. The new logo was introduced half-way through the 1 hour stream revealing that the stage itself is the new logo in 3D. The show featured DJ and Sli.do voting on a favorite scribble design of the new logo with the best design showcased during the stream. Highly interactive chat throughout the event left everyone refreshed going into the weekend. Thank you to everyone helping us with the preparation of the event and the amazing participants.

Axis: series of virtual conferences

Axis' first ever event held virtually. A huge internal Kick Off Meeting for 5 regions, focused on keeping their employees engaged and having fun. Besides the conference part - a stream with talks held from greenscreens set in Axis's offices in 6 different countries/location + some remote speaker a great deal of interactive features and engagement options was offered.

Upon opening the lobby of Axis' 3D headquarters designed to look similar to their new physical building which most employees did not get to see yet due to Covid-19 restrictions, the participant could pick from: Watching and voting for competing regional short movies in the cinema, enter discussion rooms, try speed-dating, play Pacman, leave a post for other on a photo wall etc.


Inspire, Live, Talk: All three following virtual events were external sales events. Using Axis virtual lobby, the participants could engage in activities offered, watch the main conference stream, but also connect with Axis professionals (sales reps.) in one-on-one call, or event visit one of the Axis (Inspire) sponsors' booths to learn more about these companies.

COTY conference

A conference for the New York-based cosmetics manufacturer COTY took place in September 2017 in Phoenix, Arizona. Several hundred people attended the event in the hall.

Three large screens were put up to copy a part of an octagon. This setup enabled us to create a 3d depth perception through a skillful use of graphics. All three screens contained a live-in window.

Our team has also prepared a custom background for prizes announcements at the end of the conference, as well as a VJ production for gala dinner after party.

COTY conference

A conference for the New York-based cosmetics manufacturer COTY took place in September 2017 in Phoenix, Arizona. Several hundred people attended the event in the hall.

Three large screens were put up to copy a part of an octagon. This setup enabled us to create a 3d depth perception through a skillful use of graphics. All three screens contained a live-in window.

Our team has also prepared a custom background for prizes announcements at the end of the conference, as well as a VJ production for gala dinner after party.

Adidas CEE Brand Day

For this brand, in collaboration with JAD Pro and stage designer Martin Hruška, we created a unique Brand Day concept for the CEE region in 2014. It presented marketing strategies and product lines for the coming period. The event took place at NH Sports Hotel in Olomouc. The JAD Pro Agency chose a tennis hall from its premises, which it transformed into a dynamic, giant backdrop of various dimensions complete with a conference hall. Within the content for mapping, we have created original 3D graphics with a theme of street culture and branded content to present statistical numbers, visions and Adidas brand results.
